Grants Braes Burns Club

Welcome to the home page of Grants Braes Burns Club. We exist, amongst other reasons, to 'promote interest in the works of Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns, and in particular, to foster East Lothian's connection with his heritage life and family'.

With this in mind we have embarked on a series of ambitious projects to tastefully restore local sites connected with Agnes Broun, Gilbert Burns and other important members of the Burn's family, in time for the 2009 celebrations of the bards birth.

In these pages, you can learn about the East Lothian connections, view the restorations in progress and very much more.

We at Grants Braes very much enjoy being part of the wider Burns 'family' both nationally and throughout the world. We hope that you will get in touch with us so that these links can be strengthened and that 'man for man the world o'er' can indeed be 'brithers a' for a' that'.
